Pablo LeCour

Pablo leads Deloitte’s Global Trade Technology practice in the Americas where he oversees global trade compliance transformation initiatives. He has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance focused on export controls, sanctions, customs, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC). Pablo has advised companies on multijurisdictional regulatory requirements, and conduced global compliance audits.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Pablo held the role of Boeing’s Global Trade Controls Leader for EMEA, where he ensured that the company’s operations in the region complied with all the appropriate export and import regulations. Pablo’s responsibilities included serving as the subject matter expert in all U.S., EU and national export and import regulatory requirements, providing compliance advice on particular export / import transactions, developing export / import strategies tailored to a site’s business operations, and deploying global compliance procedures and training programmes.  Pablo frequently speaks at international trade conferences on building effective internal compliance programmes and implementing trade management software solutions.

Pablo holds a Bachelor in Arts in International Relations & Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
