Hong Kong Customs lists officers authorised to sign off certain licences and certificates

Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department’s Strategic Trade Controls branch has published a circular providing a list of officers authorised to sign import and export licences and delivery verification certificates (24 July).  The authorisations concern strategic commodities that fall under Hong Kong’s Import and Export Ordinance. The circular contains examples of the officers’ specimen stamps, signatures and initials.
