OFSI updates its guidance on UK financial sanctions

The UK’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (‘OFSI’) has updated its guidance on who is subject to financial sanctions in the UK (2 August). The guidance includes a list of all asset-freeze targets; a format guide to the consolidated list and a list of persons subject to restrictive measures due to ‘Russia’s actions in destabilising the situation in the Ukraine’.
