Hong Kong publishes list of officers authorised to sign off on licences

In one of its Strategic Trade Controls Circulars, the Hong Kong government’s Trade and Industry Department has published a list of ‘specimen signatures of officers in the Trade and Industry Department who are authorised to sign on and issue delivery verification certificates and import and export licences covering strategic commodities under the Import and Export Ordinance.
