OFAC issues revised Venezuela regulations

Revisions include a general licence authorising US government activities related to Venezuela.

On 21 November the US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (‘OFAC’) published amendments to the Venezuela sanctions regulations that ‘incorporate additional Executive orders, add a general license authorizing U.S. Government activities, and add an interpretive provision.’
