Interim rule will assess US ICT transactions with ‘foreign adversaries’

The US Department of Commerce has published an interim final rule which, it says, promulgates ‘regulations to implement provisions of Executive Order 13873, ‘‘Executive Order on Securing the Information and Communications Technology and Services Supply Chain’’ (May 15, 2019).’
