OFAC sanctions Slovakian for brokering North Korea/Russia arms deals

The US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (‘OFAC’) said, 30 March, that it had sanctioned a Slovakian national, Ashot Mkrtychev, for ‘attempting to facilitate arms deals between Russia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).’
