Switzerland tightens Russia sanctions – with proposed exceptions to protect Swiss interests 

Switzerland’s Federal Council said it is enacting further sanctions on Russia that include tighter export controls and import restrictions, but also humanitarian exemptions and a facility for the transfer of funds to sanctioned persons or entities ‘on a case-by-case basis’.
